Mincom and Panviva Strengthen Partnership to Deliver Standardised Training and Support Worldwide
Powered by Panviva’s SupportPoint EPSS Software, Mincom Ellipse Performance Support (MEPS) Provides Tailored Application and Process Documentation for Flagship ERP Suite
Englewood, CO and New York City – December 19, 2006 - Mincom, a global commercial software and services company, and Panviva, a leading developer of electronic performance support systems (EPSS), have announced they have extended their existing partnership, allowing Mincom to distribute and provide support and professional services for Panviva software worldwide. Under the partnership agreement, Panviva’s flagship performance support system, SupportPoint, will be used to deliver a library of standard application and process documentation for Mincom’s Ellipse ERP/EAM suite. Mincom now offers this integrated performance support system and content as Mincom Ellipse Performance Support (MEPS) powered by SupportPoint software.
