Chief Executive Officer
Ted co-founded Panviva after almost 20 years in a wide variety of senior management, sales, and editorial roles in the publishing industry, including serving as Managing Director of Thomson Learning, Australia. Ted developed SupportPoint after identifying a need for an improved method of delivering "moment of need" procedural and product knowledge to employees. He has led the company's growth worldwide and overseen SupportPoint implementations for major customers.

With over 20 years experience in IT product development, consulting, customer support, and management, David has applied his business and technical expertise to companies in industries ranging from financial services to manufacturing, telecommunications, health, and retail. His success in leading development teams, managing product releases, and directing clients' system implementations demonstrates the extent of his experience with large and complex software applications.

David Frenkel
Vice President Americas
David Frenkel was formerly the General Manager of global marketing for The PrintSoft Group and prior to that the General Manager of Pageflex. He was also the CEO and founder of several companies (in America and Australia) in the field of publishing automation and has held senior marketing a general management executive positions with Fortune 500 companies (Lear Siegler, Bausch and Lomb and Computervision). He has a degree in Physics from the University of Melbourne and has extensive experience as a journalist and editor.

Effraim Herskovic
Vice President, Marketing
Effraim brings extensive entrepreneurial experience to his position, particularly in the management of Panviva's North American operations. Formerly a venture capitalist, Effraim took an active role in supporting and guiding small technology ventures in new categories and markets. Effraim has also worked in management consulting with Arthur Andersen and holds an MBA from Asia-Pacific's top business school.

Jane's global financial management experience spans nearly 20 years and includes previous roles as Financial Controller and CFO. Prior to joining Panviva, she spent eight years working for large, global HR services organizations in Australia and Hong Kong.
