The Multi-Language Module allows SupportPoint to display content in multiple languages, including those requiring double-byte characters. This module also reduces content translation times by providing a translation memory tool that streamlines the effort and costs of creating content in other languages, while keeping translations aligned with the source language.
Selecting a new language in SupportPoint Author creates a duplicate view of the content for translation. A translation memory is created and continually grows as an author translates the content. The next document containing a specific word or phrase that has already been translated is then translated automatically from memory.
