Conversion of Word documents is then as simple as selecting the source Word documents, selecting the mapping file, and generating the import files, which are in native SupportPoint format. 

Content developers can seamlessly incorporate these imported documents anywhere into the SupportPoint file structure.  Imported documents support all the features of ordinary SupportPoint documents including workflow, versioning, localization and branching, as well as the ability to display content in different languages with the multi-language module.
